5. AI-Assisted Features
AVA™ provides general plan information and educational support. AVA does not provide financial, medical, or legal advice. All decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals or your employer's HR team.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or disrupt services.
7. Disclaimers
Accurate Enroll is not an insurance carrier or licensed benefits advisor. We provide tools to help compare plans and manage campaigns. Content is provided “as-is” without warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accurate Enroll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its tools or content.
